An Evening of Spirit Connection & Sound Meditation
with Melissa Stissi

Hanu Yoga presents an evening of spirit, body and heart, to benefit the Friends of Southern Ocean County Animal Shelter. 

First, we will gather to receive messages from Spirit by Spiritual Medium, Linda Marie. Linda will help you connect to your loved ones. Her contact may release grief, affirm their wellness or assist choices in your life.

Next, we will move to the greenhouse for a guided meditation & sound bath with Gongs and Tibetan Singing Bowls by Melissa Stissi. The sounds and vibrations of these sacred instruments are indispensable in helping the mind relax and the body restore. 

Your heart will be soothed to know that 100 percent of proceeds will go to helping local animals in need. Friends of Southern Ocean County Animal Shelter is a local non-profit dedicated to the care of homeless animals. 

Space is limited to 11 participants & we ask for a minimum donation of $100.

Light refreshments will be served.
